1. Overview
0.5S and 0.5K temperature control instrument.
2. Technical performance
0.5S temperature display instrument: Measuring range: 0 ~ 1600℃ Accuracy: 10℃
0.5K temperature display instrument: Measuring range: 0 ~ 1100℃ Accuracy: 10℃
3. Calibration procedures:
3.1 Calibration conditions:
3.2 Calibration method: Use UJ36a portable DC potentiometer for calibration.
a Connect the voltage to be measured (electromotive force) to the Ux (unknown) terminal.
b Put the "magnification" (X1 off X0.2) switch on the required position, then switch on the galvanometer and potentiometer working power supply, adjust the galvanometer pointer to zero.
c Switch the key switch "K" to UN (standard), adjust Rp (multi-turn rheostat), so that the galvanometer pointer points to zero.
d then switch the key switch "K" to Ux (unknown), rotate the two measuring discs and use the galvanometer to point to zero again.
e The sum of the two measuring disks multiplied by the multiplier used is equal to the voltage (electromotive force) being measured.
When the f rate switch is rotated to "G1" or "G2", the position of the potentiometer X1 and X0.2 is short circuit, and the galvanometer can be used as a standard electromotive force output.
g Use a thermometer to measure the cold contact temperature of the thermocouple at this time, find out its corresponding thermoelectric potential value from the schedule, and then add the value of the measured electromotive force, and add the value obtained after the addition into the schedule, find out its corresponding temperature, that is, the real temperature measured, and then compare with the actual temperature displayed by the temperature control instrument, and record the error.
3.3 Acceptance criteria: The deviation does not exceed one scale value.

4. Daily calibration
Use the output of UJ36a portable DC potentiometer standard electromotive force to calibrate its 0 ° C position, and stick it with a seal or non-adhesive after calibration, and there is no need to re-calibrate it every day.
5. Calibration cycle: one year
6. Refer to documents
